Uppon successful prepayment you will receive immediatly a receipt for your online prepayment then, within 24 hours maximum, a second email to indicate that your appointment has been confirmed.

The prepayment is required in order to prevent fake bookings. Therefore as soon as you prepay for the service you agree that you will come for your appointment. Should you not be able to come for your appointment you must either change the date of your appointment or cancel the booking at least 3 days before the date of your appointment.

We will refund your prepayment should you come for your appointment and realise that you can’t or don’t want to apply anymore.

We won’t refund your prepayment should you have made multiple bookings for the same traveler, not canceled or updated your appointment in due time.
